What was Jesus all about? Who was he? What did he really say? What did he do?
Jesus was an actual man who lived and taught in Roman occupied Palestine and before his death was known only locally as just another teacher, or "Rabbi" He rubbed the powerful the wrong way, and they killed him for it. Roman historians have documented this.

People back then and still today have VERY OPPOSITE reactions to Jesus. There are 3 reactions everyone takes:
What will your reaction be?
Jesus DID NOT get along well with the churchy folks or religious leaders of the day. He stood up right against them and hung out with people that church folks would not be around.
Jesus most used phrase was "I tell you the truth." In addition, he fought against the religious fakes and called out hypocrisy. He often spoke uncomfortable truths no one else would. He exposed hidden truths and blasted through fake appearances to get right to what was really going on. Talk about holding no punches. He even said "there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed." He made the claim "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Jesus promised "seek and you will find." Do you want the truth?
Jesus said, "trust in God, trust also in me" Each time Jesus made a prediction, it happened. What he said came true. Each time Jesus made a promise and told someone to trust him, when they did, he kept his promise. He told a man go wash and he was healed, he told people fill jugs with water that were empty, they did, and he made wine. He told his followers go ask for a donkey and the man will give it to you, they did, and the man gave it to them. He told someone their dead child was just asleep and to believe, they did, and he brought her back to life. Who do you put your trust in? A sports figure, rapper, friend? Are they as trustworthy as Jesus? He will never let you down.
You think this guy was wise? Listen to Jesus teachings. He gave great advice to handle life's problems like "do not worry about tomorrow, tomorrow had enough worries of its own." He invented mindfulness. Plus, he always knew what the right thing to do at the write time was and always one upped his debate opponents so much that they couldn't even argue and went away mad. If you have problems or want wisdom, there is no better source. Jesus is the ultimate philosopher and counselor. Do you want that kind of wisdom to fix things in life? Turn to Jesus.
Jesus showed love and compassion to all. Those who were rejected, outcasts, sinners, the sick. He went and spent time with people no one else would and went where no one else dared to go, all in the name of love. He touched a man with leprosy (highly contagious disease) before he healed him when no one else would go near. He saved a women from a mob who was going to kill her. He stopped in the street for beggars and healed them. He healed a women in the middle of a crowd who couldn't even get near him. He went into the house and had dinner with a man the whole town hated. He made food for a crowd when his own volunteers didn't even care. You can bet if no-one else cares about you Jesus does.
Jesus healed countless people of lifelong disease, he made food from nothing, predicted the future, saw people's thoughts inside their heads, he saw what people were doing when they were not even around him, he raised the dead, and even controlled the weather. Ultimately, Jesus came back to life himself. Do you want that kind of power in your life?
Jesus spoke with authority claiming to have the right to re-interpret laws and long-standing religious traditions. Those who heard him even said "he speaks with authority." The leaders of the day challenged him and said, "by what authority do you do this." It got to the point where they said, "He was speaking by his own authority." Jesus said his authority came from God and his actions of power backed up his claims. Are you ready to submit to His authority or would you rather still be your own authority or submit to a lesser one? I'd personally choose the big dog.
